The tostada came like a tropical breeze in the desert wasteland of burritos. If you’ve been following us regularly, you know that we haven’t been happy with the food at Cinco lately. Before tonight, we’d had 5 burritos in a row — none of them especially recommendable,  a few of them just downright nasty.

But don’t get the wrong impression. Cinco De Mayo has lots of really delicious things to offer. The tostada is one of the many gems that Luis and Maria whip up in the kitchen. You should get one. Or maybe two!
